We at Keynote Health are committed to your satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we have outlined below our returns and refunds policy to ensure a seamless process for you to return a product if you are dissatisfied.
To be eligible for a return and full refund, please ensure that:
The product was purchased in the last 14 days.
The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at fran@keynotehealth.co.za to inform us of your intention to return the product. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase in your communication.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase with the return package.
Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at fran@keynotehealth.co.za with details of the product and the defect or damage. We will promptly arrange for the return and replacement of the product or a full refund.
