Adults over 18 years: take 2–4 capsules daily (maximum 4 per day). Take 4 capsules daily for severe joint damage or 2 capsules daily for joint maintenance. The dose may be taken as a single dose or divided into two.
Deliveries
Delivery is free on all orders over R450.00 and accordingly, if your Order value is less than R450, the delivery fee will be will displayed when you checkout and recorded in your Order confirmation and invoice, which will be emailed to You.
Delivery of Your Order will be made 3 to 10 business days from the date that your Order confirmation is sent to you, except during sales and/or special events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, when delivery may take up to 21 business days. We do not guarantee that Your Order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time.
Your Order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 17H00 and You, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of Your Order.
Two attempts will be made to deliver Your Order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the Order after 2 attempts, you may be liable for additional delivery charges or We may elect to cancel Your Order, in which event We will refund You the full transaction value less delivery charges already incurred and a reasonable administration charge.
Tracking Your Order
Within 48 hours of your Order having been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, a tracking number and a link to track your Order.
When your Order is delivered, You must inspect the Products and be satisfied that the Products conform to the quality and quantity You ordered and are free from any defects. You are not able to return any Products to Us with the courier and if you wish to return the Products, You must follow the returns procedure, as contained in our Online Returns Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and full refund, please ensure that:
The product was purchased in the last 14 days.
The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at fran@keynotehealth.co.za to inform us of your intention to return the product. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase in your communication.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase with the return package.
3. Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at fran@keynotehealth.co.za with details of the product and the defect or damage. We will promptly arrange for the return and replacement of the product or a full refund.

How does Flexor work?

What's the difference between Flexor 60 and Flexor 120?
They're the same formula — the only difference is pack size. Flexor 60 contains 60 capsules; Flexor 120 contains 120. Choose based on your daily dose and how long you'd like each pack to last (see below).
Who is Flexor for - and who shouldn't take it?
It's formulated for adults over 18 seeking joint support, whether for arthritis, everyday stiffness, or protection during sport. Flexor is not suitable for children. Don't take it if you're allergic to fish or shellfish, or if you have hypercalcaemia (elevated blood calcium).
How long does a pack of 60 last?
It depends on your dose. At the maintenance dose of 2 capsules a day, one pack of 60 lasts about a month; at 4 capsules a day for more severe joint damage, it lasts about 15 days. Bulk options are available at a saving of up to 20%.
How should I store it?
Store at or below 25 °C, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children, and don't use it after the expiry date on the pack.
