Deliveries
Delivery is free on all orders over R450.00 and accordingly, if your Order value is less than R450, the delivery fee will be will displayed when you checkout and recorded in your Order confirmation and invoice, which will be emailed to You.
Delivery of Your Order will be made 3 to 10 business days from the date that your Order confirmation is sent to you, except during sales and/or special events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, when delivery may take up to 21 business days. We do not guarantee that Your Order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time.
Your Order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 17H00 and You, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of Your Order.
Two attempts will be made to deliver Your Order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the Order after 2 attempts, you may be liable for additional delivery charges or We may elect to cancel Your Order, in which event We will refund You the full transaction value less delivery charges already incurred and a reasonable administration charge.
Tracking Your Order
Within 48 hours of your Order having been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, a tracking number and a link to track your Order.
When your Order is delivered, You must inspect the Products and be satisfied that the Products conform to the quality and quantity You ordered and are free from any defects. You are not able to return any Products to Us with the courier and if you wish to return the Products, You must follow the returns procedure, as contained in our Online Returns Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and full refund, please ensure that:
The product was purchased in the last 14 days.
The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at fran@keynotehealth.co.za to inform us of your intention to return the product. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase in your communication.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase with the return package.
3. Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at fran@keynotehealth.co.za with details of the product and the defect or damage. We will promptly arrange for the return and replacement of the product or a full refund.

When can I start taking Maxipreg, and can I keep taking it after birth?
Maxipreg is formulated to support you before, during and after pregnancy, so it can be taken while trying to conceive, throughout pregnancy, and during breastfeeding.
Can I take Maxipreg while breastfeeding?
Yes, it can be taken during lactation. Because the calcium capsule contains calcium and vitamin D3 which pass into breast milk, take care if your baby is already receiving other supplements containing calcium and vitamin D3. If in doubt, check with your doctor or pharmacist.
Is there anything I shouldn't combine it with?
Speak to your doctor before taking Maxipreg if you're already on any other vitamin A medication, as too much vitamin A can be harmful during pregnancy. Also tell your doctor if you take anticoagulants (such as warfarin), thiazide diuretics or oral steroids. Always let your healthcare professional know about any other medicines or supplements you're taking.
